Default Can't remove P.C. Cleaner

I have P.C. Regestry Cleaner trial version on my comp and can't delete it. It has a remove section with it, but it wont remove it. I tried the add/remove in control panel, no luck. When I try to remove it PC Registery open a small window(behind the message) and I receive the message "Warning close P.C. Registry Cleaner application before installing/uninstalling" I close everything, nothing happens. Anyone have any clue what to do to remove it?
Thank You;
mailliw

Here is a tip - whenever you uninstall or install something always reboot your computer!
