Default New DVD VCR old TV?

I hope the techs here can answer me a question about the newer DVD players/Recorders and old TV's

I have had several VCR's over the years and most have lasted years past their prime, and we have 1,000 VHS movie tapes that we bought over the years. I know DVD,Blue Ray, etc is the norm now, but answer me a question

I just bought two DVD/VCR combo's to replace the old VCRs that recently died. The old TVs still work great and we have DishNetwork so they should stillm work after the digital change next year.
The new DVD/VCR's do not have a coxial connection to connect to the old TVs.
I tested the DVD/VCRs with a newer TV with AVI ports and both DVD/VCRs work great, using the AVI ports.

Now my question, is there a cable that can go from the new DVD/VCR RCA style port to the coxial connection of the TV, and work, or is the new style DVD/VCR restricted to RCA AVI ports only. If thats the case, then the old TVs without AVI ports, are dead to the new DVD/VCR devices.

Thanks

that will work, i check for some cords, but they're hard to find at a decent price. coax is getting to be dated i suppose, at least for television connections

Yea, the pics don't really show, but the review on that particular one I posted told exactly what was on it.

im not sure what ur getting at even newer tvs have coax connection because most of ur satalite, and cable companies still use it, only thing with the new dvd players is that most dont, they are either coming with component, hdmi, or just rwy (aux) connections

yeah tv's still come with coaxial, the bigger ones even come with multiple coaxial connections.

you only need an RF modulator, they can be picked up at any local wal-mart or staples, radioshack, places like that.
