Default Audio Driver, PCI Device, Windows Explorer Problems!

Hi, Everyone im here to get help to solve all the problems that my Computer having right now. So Please Help!

Here is my PC information:

System:

Microsoft XP Professional Service Pack 2

Version 2002

Computer:

AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3000+

1.81GHz, 1.87 GB of RAM

Physical Address Extension

Alright, the first problem of mine is that i am currently using my computer to record songs and the program that i use to record is " Adobe Audition 3 " which it used to work fine but since last time when i rebooted my computer there is no more audio drivers except from the one that comes with the program which is adobe audition 3 driver. I have installed the CD drivers that came with my PC, before i didnt even have to install no CD drivers it still use to be there because i rebooted my pc couple times. I usually have a audio driver there called " ASIO something ". So please help me with that.

My 2nd problem is everytime when i turn on my pc after all the startup programs finished i always get a " hardware update wizard ". but when i click install it searches for a little bit then it say " the hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary " and on the DEVICE MANAGER window theres a yellow mark " ! " next to the PCI DEVICE. So Please Help Me with that

and my 3rd problem is the window explorer everytime when i turn off my pc i always get a pop up say windows something something has closed window explorer then it refresh and i have to click the turn off button again to turn off i dont know what's wrong with it. Can anyone please help me to solve these problems or even 1.

Thank You VERY MUCH!
