Default DDR2 or DDR or DDR266???

Hello,
I have Dell Latituted D600 and here http://reviews.cnet.com/laptops/dell...-30957345.html it says that RAM technology is DDR SDRAM, the it says that the Memory specification compliance is DDR266/PC2100. What kind of memory should I get if it says that? I know how to install I just don't want to mess up and buy the wrong kind of memory.

Thanks

PC2100 and DDR266 are the same thing. You are looking for a 200pin PC 2100/DDR-266 SODIMM
