Default Would LOVE to upgrade my computer for gaming! [NEED ADVICE]

Alright I am kind of stumped on how to upgrade what I have to make what I can of Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures. I want to increase my frame rates but I really don't know what to upgrade to get the best improvement. I have about $300 tops to spend to upgrade my computer and really don't know how to spend it.

MY DXDIAG (Well Most of it)
If you could please give me some advice on what to upgrade and what I would get the most out of PLEASE let me know! If you could post links to what you reccommend that would be amazing.
If you have any questions or need more information post here!

The CPU seems pretty good.

Also the two gigs of ram seems pretty good...

You are running xp which doesn't really use that much memory..perhaps you could get the video card and then the ram upgrade what kind of ram does it take?

Best Regards,
Francisco

Cool thats surprising. My CPU Is OLD I thought. But thats cool i'll look into a graphics card. I was thinking a Geforce 8800GT (Probably cant afford a GTX). If thats sounds good. Ill probably get atleast another 1gb of ram and a nice Graphics card if thats what yall think looks good.

Thanks yall! Keep the Advice comming to!

Sorry mate but I think thats a mistake posted above; you're CPU isn't good for gaming at the curent standard-

I think it will probably have to be a new computer all together to be honest as I doubt you would be able to upgrade the processor as I reckon your motherboard is too old to support the newer c2duos.

yeah no clue why anyone would say upgrade GFX and leave the processor! pentium 4's are all but extinct now, and even though the x1950XT is old, upgrading it would likely not yield the same performance increase as upgrading your processor.

but for 300 dollars you could do both!

i would change out your processor for an intel e4500 and change your graphics card with an 8800GT. that would be a great upgrade!
