Talking Control Power to Lamps, Speakers, Consoles, etc Through Computer??

Hi everyone! Well, I'm really lazy, so I'm trying to find a way to control my electrically powered stuff with my remote that goes to my computer. So the first step would be to find something that can connect a computer to a couple of outlets.

I already have a lot of extension cords and stuff so that wont be a problem; but basically I want to be able to cut the power to my lights, monitor, speakers, and gaming consoles in my room. Is there a product I can buy that will allow me to do this? (obviously the computer will be on when I do it). I feel like this is definitely possible, but I'd love to buy a product instead of a DIY because I don't want to zap some of my more expensive equipment.

Doesn't this seem possible? Like by USB or something?? Dunno...

Also would want multiple different buttons to control (not just like one button that shuts off all power sources) - at least 3 but more would be great

Thanks!
