I know that the P45 boards are supposed to be out soon.If I wasnt interested in running Sli or crossfire ,if I only want to run 1 really good graphics card is worthwhile to wait on the p45 board or is the X38/x48 line better line of Oc'ing Mb's for just 1 card?Of course with the X38/x48 you could always do crossfire later on if you want to I guess.

p45 is gonna be 65nm. x38/x48 is 90nm. So p45 will theoritically oc better. The crossfire performance will be better than the p35, it runs x8, x8 on both PCI express slots rather than p35's x16, x4. x38/x48 is x16,x16. So depends what you want, overclock or crossfire.

overclock is more important to me.I am holding off also to see what the new graphics cards will be like.Right now I dont plan on running Sli or crossfire.I would rather just run 1 good card.I'll guess We will see what kind of results it brings with new MB and Video cards.
