Need help asap about my computer.
ok so one day my computer, when i started, said userinit.exe application error. so i formatted and reinstalled windows. now when i start up just before the logo of windows, there is a white bar. it takes sooo long. i literally ate a meal before it was loaded. i cant use a computer like this. so i formatted again and reinstalled windows again. and it still does it. does anyone know how to fix it? any help will be much appreciated. thanx
