20C is close to impossible as that would imply that you ambient temperature would be >20C by quite alot

I'll post some pics later and i have an AMD 4200+ with the standard CPU fan... a Fan in the back of the box and a cone which sits over the CPU and allows air outside of the box in.....

It doesn't matter how many vents you have, it is impossible for your CPU to be cooler than your room (in your case).

Just because your program/sensor says it's 20C doesn't mean that it actually is.

I don't think anyone is questioning that your readings are what you say they are or that your setup is poor. It's just the whole breaking-the-laws-of-thermodynamics thing.
