Default System voltage-Auto or manual?

I have a gigabyte EP35.

Towards the bottom in flashing red text there is a message which says "System voltage not optimized!" It goes away when System voltage control is put into auto. Should it be in auto or manual?

I have overclocked the board to 395, pci to 100, memory multiplier or whatever to 2.o,memory timings to 4-4-4-16.

manual is always better. when it's in auto, the mobo always gives the more voltage than needed. well with the new EP, i'm not sure, but just to be safe i would try doing it manually if you can. give you CPU just enough vcore so that it's stable. this will slightly lower your temps also

What if its already stable (o warnings/errors in orthos)? I have not touched the vcore at all im at 3.5ghz on air (395 fsb) I heard it can do 3.6 on stock vcore.

many e8400 can do 4ghz on stock voltages. so if you're only doing 3.6, i would lower the vcore manually
