Default Lotus Notes 7- Leave Copy Of Email On Email Server Help

When i read a email with in lotus notes, I want it to keep a copy of it back on my email server so that when i use my web access, i am able to read my messages on the web instead of having them deleted once they are read with in the lotus notes client. Let me know how to enable the keep copy on server in lotus notes 7. Thanks in advance!
