No point getting DDR3, to expensive. Better to get DDR2 a lot cheaper and some motherboards don't support the speed of DDR3

but eventually the ddr3 price would go down right?
I heard that there is a patch for a Quad core cpu.. that would make use of the 3rd n 4th so would a quad core be worth getting? Last edited by xFenGz; 06-05-2008 at 08:49 AM. |

yeah it uses all the cores, even though intel doesn't make a true quad core, more like 2 separate dual cores, and as for compatibility quad cores will work with vista, unless you receive a faulty cpu
