Default Good motherboard

I'll be putting together a new computer, hopefully very soon. I'm having a bit of a hard time figuring out which motherboard I should get. Here are the current specs:
- Nexus Clodius
- Antec Truepower Trio 550W
- Intel Core 2 Duo E7200
- OCZ Titanium 800MHz DDR2 4Gb Kit (2.1V)
- MSI NX8800GT 512Mb OC (G92)
- Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio
- Western Digital Caviar RE2 160Gb
- Western Digital Caviar SE 160Gb
- Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250Gb
- Maxtor DiamondMax 9+ 80Gb
- LG DVD writer

I'm looking for a good motherboard for about 120€ (about 186$), give or take.
Requirements:
- Socket 775
- Compatible with the new 45nm Core 2 Duo's like the E7200
- PCI slot for my sound card
- IDE port(s) for my DVD burner and old HDD

I'd like to have:
- PCI Express 2.0 16x slot, in order to take full advantage of the 8800GT

Any recommendations? So far I've been looking at the MSI P7N SLI Platinum and MSI P35 Platinum (doesn't have PCI-E 2.0).

Wait for P43/ P45 chipset later. Or you can get Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS4, but it is over budget.

I already ordered the MSI P7N SLI Platinum. Read some reviews on it and it does seem like a good bang for the buck.
