minimune for HL2

whats the bear minimun for halflife2???? i keep finding differnt minime requirments.
whats the lowest stuff you guys have that runs HL2?
my friendis on a budet, and whats to build a PC that can play HL2 with the lowest settings.
so what is the minium CPU RAM video card and stuff
1.2Ghz DURON AMD that would be enough for a CPU right? because i was just going to give him that if it was ok....
but what about RAM and VD and how big is the game too?

yeah well i have that, "2.4 GHz Processor" is the prefered i have a 2.8Ghz, and its running at 3.60, dont ask me how.....

I just need to know about the graphics card.

It will run on a 32MB video card fine. So, at least a DirectX 7 compatible video card with DirectX 9c installed. (see microsoft.com)

it will...so even my 64MB geforce MX440 card would work? cool. i will prabally upgrade that anyways....

Yes it will work, but the draw distance will be horrible. I used a GeForce MX 420 for it before.
