best cam for -$200?

what would be the best digi cam i can get for under or around $200 cnd?

I can't say it's the best, but I use the Fuji FinePix S700 and really like it. It costs about $160 US.

I agree with MBGraphics on the kodak but if you are looking for something slim and compact the canon he has listed still may be bulkier than you would want. If you're looking for a really good slim camera go with this
