I'm going onto my second build, This one is for my main computer, Doesn't have to be a moster but I'd like to be fast, cooling and no noise from it like this one.
My Budget is upto £500 Pounds, I'm needing everything, Building from the ground up, I get confussed at times looking at hardware and trying to fiqure what works with what. I'm looking at Intel Core 2 Quad, Is it the best parts at the moment? Anyways, I'm looking for some help and it would be apperciated if anyone could help me find some hardware or good bundles. What do you think of this Bundle? £220, Giving me 200 odd left to play with ![]() http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=BU-091-OK Thanks Folks, |

here what oyu do. you buy the parts in my sig, BUT you get a 550W+ PSU, an 8800gt, and a 250+ hd. as for the quad, its not happening, you will be paying 200 bucks just for the *beep* CPU. oh and then you can always still buy xp, or whatever you plan on doing there!
those other 200 bucks arent gonna get you anything nice, youll be looking at a lowly video card, case, and hd. i personaly love searching for parts.

So That's £400 roulghy right, without RAM and a case? What else is needed ? Fans?
Zalman Cooler ? http://www.awd-it.com/scripts/prodVi...+Flower+Cooler This one? http://www.ebuyer.com/product/144021 What's the difference with the 8800GT and the 9600GT ..? 2GB should be good enough for now I reckon, I don't use PS that much - now and again that's about it, If need be I can always buy another set of 1GB sticks along the line but I do have spare 512MB DDR2 stick here just incase it needs it. Cheap Case, http://www.ebuyer.com/product/134804 but would it be worth it going for dearer Case I like which has 120 mm front/rear fans - better for cooling - ? http://www.xcase.co.uk/p/371755/nzxt...--silver-.html I do hav the extra cash and If getting good prices and a good comptuer I don't really mind that much going over the budget slighty, Thanks again mate, apperciate the help! Amm... Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro is actually a good cooler at around £15 8800GT 512Mb is faster than 9600GT 512MB Case: Do you really need a full tower case? I suggest a mid-tower I personally like Thermaltake Soprano By the way, ebuyer sell that NZXT case as well. £62 |
