Hi there,
My wireless router (D-Link DIR-615) says in the manual to keep it as far away from a 2.4Ghz cordless phone base as possible, as it will interfere with your connection because it always transmits a signal and the wireless router operates in the neighborhood of 2.4Ghz. My question probably has an obvious answer, but my two mouses and one keyboard operate at 2.4Ghz; will this affect the connection to? It doesn't say anything in the manual about that kind of equipment, but I'd think it would because of the frequency it operates, but then again it might not be transmitting the kind of data that would affect it. Thanks! |
