Default Need Motherboard Help ASAP (DFI UT-T2R P35)

I just finished my system on Saturday and tried installing the Operating system yesterday. Everything went great at first except a faulty SATA connection to one of the hard drives as I was trying to set up RAID0.

I kept getting checksum errors in the BIOS yesterday near the end of my testing, and frequent freezing on the BIOS splash screen. So I flashed to the most recent BIOS and the flash went fine.

Then it started freezing at the BIOS splash screen again many times.

So I gave up yesterday after 4 hours of working on installing windows, and I tried again today.

At first it worked fine today as I tried installing it again and I got the RAID0 array set up. Every other time however, the mobo would get stuck on the BIOS splash screen. So I finally got the XP install running (from the very beginning of this install it ran incredibly slow) and it froze every time at the partition window of the XP setup. I tried this three times and it ran slower and slower and froze every time.

When I started the PC up again it froze 4 times in a row at the raid setup screen that follows the splash screen and couldnt recognize my hard drives. This happened two more times in a row.

Finally, I decided to replace the CMOS battery so I went to Microcenter and picked out the same CR2032 3V lithium model, same exact one, and tried it just now.

And here I sit with it not working at all after trying the new battery and the old. I turn it on and it resets every 4 seconds with a "88." on the LED screen. I tried three different CR2032 3V lithium batteries many many times and even with the original and it just resets every 4 seconds. The graphics card is given power as the fan is on, and for a split second it sends some video to the screen because it flashes for a split second and the orange lights turn on on the motherboard with the PSU switch on like usual. But every four seconds after trying to power it on.

Please help. I really appreciate those who take some time to read this and help.
