when you sleave your wires do you have to take the connectors off? or can you just slip them over the connectors?

I've sleeved a PSU and other various wires... I didn't take the connectors off, but it would make it easier. It isn't a problem to stretch it over, but I imagine you'd get it looking much neater if you took them off.

How do cold cathodes work? Are they like blacklights that make the uv sleeves glow or are they just colored lights

Cold Cathodes are lights that just glow, but you can get UV Cathodes, which will make UV Sleeving glow.
