Default Heatsink Fan Replacement

I've got this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118003
heatsink. The fan never really spun very well. When it did it was very slow. Now it has stopped all together. My question is, can I replace just the fan so I don't have to buy another $40 heatsink?

You might not even need a fan. Mine runs pretty decently without a fan as long as I don't up the voltage much.

I don't think you can replace the fans on those kinds of heatsinks.
