That's the whole point, the AC7 blows the hot air towards the back of the case, which is then sucked out by the back fan. The top-down heatsink blows the air out on all directions, which is less efficient than the tower heatsinks.

Yup it's fanless, the top and rear 120mm fans are both drawing hot air from the cooler.
