yes i did these where my responses
We are aware of the problem with so called spam robots, which are infact a
sort of computer virus that register on public forums and post spam
commercials. This is an increasing problem on the internet for all internet
services.
We are doing everything we can to prevent it.
One way to prevent it is to enable so called "visual confirmation" code,
which shows an image with a code that the spam robots can not read (since
they are not human). This is done from your forums administation control
panel.
The visual confirmation security check to prevent spambots from register is
on by default. It is possible that your son has set it to Off in the
administration panel of the forum to make it easier for legit users to
register, but that is something we do not recommend.
After your mail we have adjusted it so that the visual confirmation security
code can not be set to off anymore. We have also added a check so that if
the forum is setup to allow non-registred "guests" to post, they must also
put in a visual confirmation code. This will prevent the spambots from
posting garbage.
We are constantly working to improve our security from spam.
Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
there was a code on the site aswell i asked someone who was a member (my mum)

Well then you could have a keylogger virus on your PC

Post a Hijackthis Log
  • Download Hijackthis from here
  • Open Hijackthis
  • Click on "Do a system Scan Only"
  • Click on "save log"
  • A notepad window will open
  • Hit Ctrl + A
  • Copy + paste in a forum reply

Then we can go from there.
