Exclamation GRAPHICS CARD need help PLEASE

alright, a couple months ago my ATI graphic card was so messed up. i couldnt play any video games. i am trying to fix it now but i have no idea how. is there anyway that i can update my graphics card? if so where? and honestly i tried this whole thing months ago, and i still cannot figure out how to do it. i have an ATI, i dont know how to check which kind, i know that on my start menu when i go to all programs the first program that is there is ATI HYDRAVISION. i also have ATI multimedia center, i dont know if that does anything related to my problem. and for some reason i have NVIDIA corporation - which inside that folder i have NVmixer.

Install PC Wizard and under hardware section click on the video tab and see what it says
http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php

You can just look in the Control Panel in Display under the settings tab, but if the drivers are not installed it will probable just call it standard VGA display adaptor.

it sounds like artifacting, i think when this happens this means the card is dieing, i think your only bet may be to replace the card, or it could be the slot
