Possible to sell a Steam account?

Is it possible for me to sell my Steam account? If so how do you do it as I want to get rid of mine and it has a lot of games on it.

yeah its against their rules,you would have to give it away or forget about the account.

I think somewhere in this forum someone suggested that it's be alright if you gave it to a buddy of yours, and that particular friend just happened to give you a..."gift" at the same time. Of course these would be two totally different acts of generosity that have nothing to do with each other...

yeah like a swap,i dont see what steam could do,as long as your not selling the account but what the hell,how would they know.
