iso file

just burned an iso file to dvd using nero, but i dont see the files in the iso just a picture of a cd labeled image files under the disk.How can i get it to work? it is a program/game

Sounds like you just burnt the file and not the image. Did you go to "burn image to disc" option when you click on the backup icon using nero's startsmart?
