Default vpn blocks outbound internet connection

For some strange reason when a user tries to connect to our office via vpn, once the connection is made, the vpn will not allow internet out but allows in.

I already made sure that the use gateway on remote network is UNCHECKED.

HELP!!!

Make sure your firewall, routers, and servers are all configured properly for that.

Then it is config or a rule on your firewall that is disallowing that connection.

True!

What VPN client are your users running to dial into your network?

Nothing on the firewall has been changed, all other users use the same windows client for vpn and have no issues. the computer in question was fine 2 days ago....now outbound gets blocked once the vpn tunnel is connected.

start looking at the OS and software on the client in question. Maybe it got some sort of exploit on there regulating network traffic, or perhaps it is just a corrupted OS, who knows. If every other client works though I would say your VPN set up is good. Make sure you have the most updated VPN client as well.
