Default Lotus notes

At work and in the office using my mail client Lotus Notes i have need to capture the screen (using print screen button). this copying to the clipboard allows me to paste into the client this work fine.

If i goto another computer in the plant or say im at home i can access my email with a similar client called inotes. the client is diffirent. but still works except the print screen button and clipboard will not not allow you to paste from another computer. Would anybody have any ideas. i cant install any programs because of company policy. i was hoping for a work around.
thanks

Lotus notes? Are you kidding me? That has been discontinued for like years and years now......

Does every machine have the exact matching configuration of hardware and all the same versions of software?
