Default AC Cable

I have been looking at power supplies online for a computer that I will be building. I've been looking at supplies on newegg, and looking at the pictures as well. I've noticed that only some pictures of power supplies show an AC cord in their pictures? Does an AC cord supposed to come with a case? Because I ordered a case awhile ago (The Apevia X-Cruiser) and that did not come with the cord.

For example, this was the supply I was looking into (link)
There is no ac power cord shown.

All power supplies will come with a power cable. The only time a case does not come with a power cable is when the power supply is not included with it. You can order cases without power supplies, which is your best option anyway because the ones that come with cases are really cheap and won't last long.
