Xbox 360 Help

I've had this 360 since December or 06, and this is the First problem I have ever had with it. A few of my friends have PS3's, and have had numerous problems..

Anyways, I opened the Xbox up, looked around, didn't see anything that could be causing this. I even opened up the DVD Tray, still nothing.. Should I just buy a new 360 DVD tray?

Honestly, I dont care, I never planned on sending it in.

And once I get it to work, I plan on physically modding it out, with the way it looks.

Look at the defective rates of xbox360 compared to ps3. That says it all

An acrylic case would look sick.

Which is what I had in mind, or something of the sort.

The metal casing under the plastic Xbox 360 case looks awesome.

Okay but, yes as mentioned above a clear case would look awesome!! How about WC'ing it to cope with the heat?

Alright, the guy called me today, and said the Xbox can be fixed, I think he said it was the tray, so he said it'll cost $120 for parts and labor, and it can be done today.

I can get back to my online arguments, awesome.
