No, i think you need 200 posts to post in For Sale

EDIT: NVM, its just 100 posts but its still a privilege no ones mentioned yet.

More posts get you more little dots beneath your name but after you reach 1000 (at least thats about where it was for me), you stop caring about post count. Yeah, its cool to become the next level but you dont really pay attention to it after a certain point.;

No. Even if you have two clean accounts, it's not permitted.

Exactly right, theres no legitimate reason one person would need two accounts, so as a blanket rule, we ban any and all we come across. In this case however, yes, he was banned under ALL previous identities.

expect when i put out that amnesty a while ago, that was the chance for members to confess about multiple accounts
Also if some one pms me telling me they have more than one account and are sorry for breaking the rules i will normally only ban one of the accounts, unless it was used to spam, talk illegally, abuse etc...

why is it in place, well... why is having two passports with different names on called identity fraud... the owner would obviously be using it for criminal intent.

Granted there is nothing illegal going on in this forum, but its the same principal, with two accounts a user could pose as different people, if other members assume they are different people then they may be lulled into a false sense of security, perhaps in the for sale section or something

as a side note, its just not needed, normal people doing normal things on a forum only need one account...

So who was he?
Or is that private?

I kinda want to guess that Vishal (Vizzy) guy cause this guy kept saying "Im new" and so did the Vishal guy when he made his second account (Ishval).
