based on my system...is it worth to get a 6800GT??? will this card gives play in strong point on my system??? or 6600GT is good enough for my system??

well the rest of you spec looks good. You certainly have enough grunt in you system.

If money is no object then go with the 6800gt, you will see a marked imporvement when gaming.

But if you not heavy into gaming then 6600gt is the way to go, its my next purchase as well, but then i have a tigher budget.

the critical question is will you be playing lastest games?

Play allot of games? Then the 6800GT would be nice but if you don't play many games and don't plan too then consider the 6600GT as it's still a great card and wont break the bank.

Edit:

Before you make a decission bare in mind that the 6600GT's core was built for the PCI-Express slot but has been made available for AGP. http://www.hardwareanalysis.com/content/article/1755/ Read a bit about it here and research it a little.
