cant wait for this one tbh.. there only has been 1 pacific ww2 game (for the pc) so far wich I know of, and that'd be Medal of Honor Pacific Assault.
There is only so much you can do in games, and there are more Futuristic shooters than WW2 ones actually...

I dont mind the WW2 theater at all, I actually like it. by the looks of it, CoD5 is better than CoD4 already!

( Just hope they dont make it too short! I really hate short games! )

yea im not a fan of the w2 scenario there have been way to many games based on it, i wish they would have stuck with current or maybe a futuristic type game

They should have done WWI, you never see any games about it.

everyone is really pissed off about the whole going back to ww2 thing

and yea it will kill there sales alot will not sell as well as cod4 did

because all you would do is run over the top of a mud and rat filled hole into a stream of bullets friendly artillery and some barbed wire
then spend the rest of the game picking up the pieces of your dead buddy's

its too early for a new game imo there still selling copies of cod4
if it comes out this year im not sure i would buy it

Exactly. I guess its my fault for not building a new comp sooner but i dont have cod4 yet.

It would be interesting to see a civil war era FPS as well... I dunno maybe everyone thinks that is lame, but I would see some possibilities for creativity...
