Hello ComputerForum.com
![]() Been so damn long since i posted a message on ComputerForum! Long, Long, Long Story . . . Telstra is an ISP that owns all the lines in the ground in Australia, Now i used to have ISDN (Dial Upz), then one day, Telstra had a few problems with Our Lines in the Ground, so they changed us onto a Newer Exchange and we could all of a sudden get Broadband!!!! ![]() But. . . Telstra Found out we were changing ISP's to go to a better plan. . . So. . . They changed us back from the new Exchange, too the Old one. Thus We cannot get Broadband again. After 3 months of fighting with Telstra, we have got no where, Not only can i no longer get ISDN back (They are Phasing it out), but to get Internet, i am using the Worst way in the world. A FREAKING MOBILE PHONE. A mobile phone connected to my computer Using USB Port, Then on the 3G GSM Network, at a speed of 573Kb/s With a download limit of 1 Gigabyte per Month! Thats 30 Megabytes per days. So, Thats my Damn Story. How is everyone?? Thanks Oscaryu1 for reminding me about ComputerForum!! Bye Bye

Mitch! Omg mate, it's been too long since I've seen you here.
God, Telstra are a bunch of tools. I hate them with a passion. I'm with iPrimus, stuck with 512kbps..... Trying to convice my parents to upgrade to ADSL 2+ with 21 gb of downloads a month.

Ah dude that blows. You know you could always take this up to ACA or something, it's downright discrimination, along with trying to control the market. I think if you find someone who's switched on enough, they might be able to fight your case.
Anyways, good luck with it mate, I hope it works for you.
