best place for music?

i use to use lime wire, but I'd like to find a place where I could get music, but much safer. so what site is the safest place for music

The iTunes store or perhaps rhapsody would be some good choices. Limewire is illegal (99% of the time), and should not be discussed here.

Mininova is illegal. I have a subscription to napster, $14.99 a month for zune, unlimited songs. You don't own them, but they are on your computer.
