Default Lots of problems with my Dell, can I buy new parts and replace broken ones??

I have a Dell Inspiron 8500. Bought it about 2 years ago. First the hard drive went, got a new one. Now the wirless card slot on the side and 1 of the USB ports is fried. I also think the charging circuit is fried because the battery will not charge. It recognizes the battery but wont charge it. Is there any sites that sell a new motherboads online? What else do I need to replace the broken parts? And I would also like to upgrade my video card, I like to play online games. Any help will be apriciated. Thank you!
