Default Need a laptop... Any Ideas?

Hey CF, i need a laptop...
My computer is nice and all but sometimes i just want to use a computer in the car on the road or whatever, so i reached the decision to get a laptop...

Post a laptop up...

Budget... 800$ (CAD) - 1500$ (CAD)

I'm looking for more of the best bang for my buck.
Keep in mined I'm from Canada so I need it from Canadian websites (eg: bestbuy, futureshop, canadacomputers) , not newegg.

Toshiba has a fairly god reputation but I find it hard to get a good specs/price ratio. It's easier to find a nice Asus IMO. I'll keep my eyes peeled for you.

i have no experience with Asus except for the eeePC. but i can say Toshiba's are sturdy and reliable. i have no complaints and haven't encountered any problems.

I always thought of asus as more of a motherboard brand then laptop...
I guess it's worth checking out.
