Default Nvidia 7900

I've been getting weird blue/red spots all over my boot screen and in games I play (Namely WoW). I've searched around and figured out it's the temp of my video card that doing this, and I checked the temp on some program and it said 170 F!!! I have no idea what to do, or why that reading was so wacked. I have no idea about system coolings or even how to install a fan. What can I do?

I bought this box from dell and I have my warrenty is still valid, and I was wondering if any dell users know if this would cover it? thanks!

PCwizard and Rivatuner would be my choices for checking GFX temps.

I'm sure Dell's warranty covers it, give them a call.
