Default 45nm stock mobos

Are there any motherboards under $170 that natively support 45 nm? I need a LGA 775 800mhz ram board preferably with onboard video that does not require a bios update for the new processors. (This is for a friend....I would never go so low as to seek onboard video)

It will be a $550 pc......he does not play any games really and is definitely not an audiophile but gets pissed when things slow down, so he wants me to hook him up with something better than a s***y Dell. oooops, their this websites sponsor...lol

These days, every motherboard that needs a flash to support 45nm, has been already flashed...
