Manually Download SP3 from Microsoft - don't let WU do it. After that, Download and Install nLite and it's pretty straight-forward.

Like imsati said install nLite, download SP3 then run nlite, the new version is pretty straight forward. At the end just click make a bootable ISO, burn it and you will have it.
