Speaking of shack, I'm picking up a new desk today so I can start collecting more radio equipment. Right now I have everything 0on my computer desk, and I tell ya the power supply alone takes up pretty much all of my space!

Hey Geoff,

Nice set up,

No i don't have my tower up yet, still a little windy, i'll get dad to do it maybe tonight.

I'm not on school holidays anymore, so i might have to do it on a weekend.

This weekend i won't be home. I'm going skiing

Also at the end of August the tower will be down, because we are getting a pool and where the tower is the pool will be going there. So won't be up until xmas time.

So i think we will be confined to echolink / IRLP till then.

Well guys, We had a storm blow through here. Lightning hit one the beverage antenna's.
It's now the third time lightning has made it into the shack.

#*&%@!!!!!! Gunna take hours to find out what is damaged.

I wasn't around to disconnect the feeders into the shack.
