I have two laptops that I would like to get new hard drives for. I have been searching around but I am now really confused. I have a NCS atlas with a pentium m 1.3 processor. The other is an HP omnibook 6000 with an 800 processor. I pulled both drives out. They are the same length and width. However, they are not the same thickness.
My question is, how can I tell the thickness of a hard drive when I try to buy one? I have searched on ebay for both laptop brands of hard drive but no luck. Any thoughts? |

I would think you could go to the support website, and get more info on your hdd of your laptops.
