Dell Inspiron 1520 problems
When I try to start up my computer, it will either flash the Caps Lock light for about 10-15 times, and then shut down. Or it will start up to the first screen for Dell... and not boot up. What could be causing this?? I know very little about computers.
 I called Dell Support and they told me to replace the motherboard.. does that sound right???
