Default motherboard replacement

hi guys..i m in a fix. please help. i bought an assembled comp from nehru place 2.5 yrs bck. PIV hyperthreading 3.0 ghz. Motherboard: intel original 915 gav, 1 gb ddr ram n 256 mb nvidia pci express graphics card. my motherboard got screwed up n the shop ppl further screwed it up by repairing it themselves whn it was under warranty. now the intel ppl refuse to touch it. can someone reccomend a motherboard of any other company(trusted) which can wrk wid the above config. i m not willing to change the processor n other stuff aright now. thanks a lot in advance

I think your CPU is LGA775 socket, right?
Do you mind getting DDR2 RAM? I bit difficult to get one with DDR RAM with PCI-E x16...

Cheap: MSI 945GCM7-L with OCZ Value Series 2GB

Slightly better: GIGABYTE GA-P31-S3G with OCZ Platinum Revision 2 2GB

Also, please check the size of case be4 purchase
