Whenever I attach my mp3 player to my PC (running XP) it will not mount as a drive and assign it a letter. Instead, it shows up as "Audio player" listed under other instead of up with my drives or removable storage. I have tried un-installing drivers, but no good, it just comes back the same. It gives me the options to format, but that seems like it would just wipe the OS from it. Any ideas? I would like it to mount as a drive because it has a hidden partition loaded with a bunch of pre-loaded crappy music.
