Default How outdated is my video card?

As you can see in my sig, I'm still running a 7800 GTX. How outdated is it and will it still run today's games? Thank you.

it will be able to still run most of todays games but probably on medium settings.

im sure it would max COD4,Assasins creed would play i think.

not too bad.
