Fair Trade??

I have a guy on craigslist that is interested in my laptop computer for his Mac G4.... heres the side by side, let me know if you think this is a fairtrade or a buyer beware:

Laptop:
Compaq R4000
2gigs Ram
80 gig HDD
XP SP3
AMD Athlon FX 1.24ghz Processor

MAC G4:
Powermac G4 Digital-Audio Tower
800Mhz Processor (Upgradeable to Dual 1.8 GHZ)
754 Mb Ram (Upgradeable to 1.5gigs)
17" CRT Studio Monitor
Mac OSX

Ive heard that macs processor kicks all other ones around hands down but theres a pretty steep difference between the two as is. The Dual processor upgrade is around $200. Any other questions I should ask or is this a bust of a deal?

well i guess im asking 'as is' is it a good trade? And then if upgraded would it make it worth it?

I should also add that i will be using the mac mainly for photo editing and music recording.

well if you are going to upgrade the mac, yes it is good, if not, no don't

well i wanted an older mac as a cheap way to do quality photo editing and music prod. (Just to clarify that i didnt think thas was really awesome or something lol)

Thanks for the input i think ill leave my laptop on ebay and see what happens.
