Basicly your not going to be able to do much with that, how much money do you have to spend? you can build a decent machine for under $1000, but you cant turn a pentium3 into a high end computer. Scout over the many other peoples build plans on this forum, you will get a good idea of what you have to spend

To be completely honest you might not even be able to run a majority of games with those specs even if you upgrade all those parts. Some parts might not even be compatable and with 200 this is not much you can do. Your best off building a system my friend.

for 200 bucks you're not gonna get a good upgrade. You're better off using it as is and saving up maybe another 300 bucks and build a new computer.

well motherboards have onroard sound so you dont realy need to worry about a sound card, but games these days requrie something faster than a pentium 4 such as a dual core, $200 might get you a cpu, or a motherboard but it wont get you a whole computer, I have just recomended this sstem to someone else on this forum,

From MSY
Asus P5K-EPU $135
Intel E8400 $209
2G Apacer 800 $46
Leadtek 8600gt 512 $81
W.D. SATA 160gb $51
Coolermaster Eilte RC-330 $69
Total $594
Save some money and buy something that will last you a while
