How do I find out what Shader model I have?

What graphics card do you have?

Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family. On intels website it says my graphics card supports shader 4. But when I go to install a game, it says i dont even have pixel shader 1.1.

What game is it?
Have you updated to the latest drivers?
What DirectX version do you have installed?
