as for the 9500gt... why would nvidia want to make a replacement for the 8500gt. they shouldve just let it die. my xfx 8500gt could play CoD4 at 1440 x 900 on medium and thats about it.

At 800X600 my 8600gt plays cod4 all high 2x AA 35-70 fps. Not to bad. The 9600 kills it. So I'm expecting the 9500 to be around the 8600. Would have got a 9600 but my psu only has 1 extra molex connector and no video card connector..
