Default need help gpu cpu fan

Ok I want to sell my mushkin 1gbx2 ddr2 800 and get mushkin 2x2gb ddr2 800 will there be a increase in performance. Also I need somehelp with cpu coolers something very good, that will keep my oc cpu temps low. I currently have the asus v60 92mm cpu fan but it doesnt that well. And I want to sell my evga nvidia 8800gt 512mb sc for a ati 4870 video card is this a good choice in video cards I hear they outperform all of nvidia's cards except the gtx 280. Need some advice thank you.

Default

the ati 4870 is on par with the gtx 280 from what ive heard, and look at the zalman 9700 cpu fan: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...man%2b9700 but, be warned about the zalman, if you have no way to control its speed, i hear they can get very loud
